About Me
About Me
My name is Nicolas Pak.
I’m a product-minded UX Researcher and aspiring Product Manager with over 5 years of experience driving human-centered innovation. I’ve led research and product initiatives at Amazon, Smartsheet, and Chubb Insurance, where I learned to balance user needs with business goals, collaborate across functions, and deliver actionable insights that shape impactful outcomes.
I earned my degree in Informatics and Human-Centered Design from Indiana University Bloomington, where I also founded the university’s first UX club. Through that, I helped empower students to explore design thinking, grow their portfolios, and connect with industry mentors.
Outside of work, I enjoy paddle boarding, biking, golfing, and taking long walks with my dog. I’m also passionate about travel and occasionally blog about global experiences and culture through a UX lens.
